All returns must be made within 30 days of receiving the merchandise.  In some cases, there may be a restocking and/or other fees.  Additional quidelines are noted below. Please note: Shipping charges are NOT refundable.

In cases of return, you must obtain an RMA number prior to returning the product.  E-mail customerservice@fourpawsboutique.net with your name, your order number, the size and name of the product, and the specific problem you have excountered.  Merchandise returned without an RMA number will not be accepted, and a credit cannot be issued.
